XXxTock Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the XXxTock Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and XXxTock ("we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

XXxTock provides an adult-oriented social networking and dating platform that facilitates private, TikTok-style video and content sharing among consenting adults. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• User profile creation and management.
• Private and public content sharing features, including short-form video.
• Communication tools for connecting with other verified users.

3. User Responsibilities

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree to the following:

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes on any third-party rights.
2. Harassing, bullying, or stalking other users.
3. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
4. Using the Platform for any commercial solicitation or spam.
5. Attempting to disrupt, overload, or harm the integrity or performance of the Platform.
6. Collecting or harvesting any information about other users without their express consent.
7. Sharing content depicting non-consensual acts or minors.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

The XXxTock Platform, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and all software, is the exclusive property of XXxTock and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.1 Our Content

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without prior written permission.

4.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant XXxTock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform's services to you and other users.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post and that it does not violate these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XXxTock, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. XXxTock expressly disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Platform in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

You understand and agree that any material or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Platform is done at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.

11. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and XXxTock concerning the Platform.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
